Can’t recommend this place enough! The office is beautiful and relaxing. I had a mini buccal facial with Tara and it was a 10/10. This was my first time having this specific type of facial and it was amazing. Tara made the experience so comfortable and calming. I left feeling relaxed and with significantly less tension in my jaw. Definitely will be back to try other services offered! So happy to support local women owned small businesses!

Tara was absolutely exceptional and after seeing her I’m hooked. Every product she recommends ends up being amazing. She’s incredibly knowledgeable. In addition to skin-focused facials she also does amazing lymphatic drainage and buccal facials which are amazing and made an instant difference for me. It was like my skin and whole face suddenly woke up!

Tara gave me one of the best facials of my life! I felt so relaxed before, during, and after. Tara has such a calming presence about her. The focused massage as part of the facial was 100/10, truly a skilled practitioner. Hands down Tara will be my new go to girl for skin self care!

Dr. Emily is the most wonderful plastic surgeon in the world!!! I originally went to Dr. Rosenberg at 1304 Bellona Ave in Lutherville MD and he absolutely botched my breasts! My left breast bottomed out and my right breast was on the left side of my body and the bag was poking out of my skin, LITERALLY! I had 6 surgeries in a 2 year span from him until finally I had enough. He was the only doctor in my life that actually made me cry and traumatized me. I hated my body and sank into a deep depression. I was never letting that awful man touch me again! so I did some research to look for a new doctor and found Dr. Emily. SHE IS AMAZING! I instantly connected with her and was 100% comfortable from the beginning. She really went above and beyond to help me and was completely transparent about my situation. I knew I would need a couple more surgeries to correct what Dr, Rosenberg did to me. $19,800 later and I still have one more that I need done. a very minor one, but I knew this from the beginning. That man really messed me up. Dr. Emily always listens to my concerns and does everything she can to make me feel at ease. I am so happy that I found her. She now is a friend for life and I thank God for her every time I look at myself. Thank you Dr. Emily

It was my first time going to Charm City Plastic Surgery and I felt welcome as soon as a I walked in! I booked with Tara for their signature Menopause 2 hour facial for my birthday and have to say it was amazing! Tara is very knowledgeable and gentle and easy to talk to. I felt so relaxed and pampered. The place was clean and beautiful. Tara took great care of me. My skin felt amazing afterwards . She followed up with recommendations for my skin. I’ll definitely be back! Highly recommend!

I had my first microneedling (+peel) experience recently with Tara Fox at Charm City Plastic Surgery and it could not have gone better! Prior to booking the service, I met with Tara for a skin consultation to talk through the state of my skin, my goals, etc. Tara was kind, knowledgeable, and so helpful. She even took the time to write up a treatment plan with detailed notes and product recommendations based on what we had chatted about that she emailed to me after the consultation. It is very apparent that she really cares. The procedure itself a few weeks later went great, was pain-free, and the recovery has been easy; I can’t wait for my next round! Highly recommend booking a service with Tara, your skin will thank you for it.

I had an amazing facial with Tara. I opted for the Buccal Facial with Myofascial Release and it exceeded my expectations. It was a full hour of head, neck, chest and face massage topped off with a facial that had my skin GLOWING. Tara has such a calming energy on top of being knowledgeable and so thorough.
